Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate a non-emergency medical transport vehicle, adhering to all traffic rules and regulations.
  • Provide friendly and compassionate assistance to passengers, including helping them enter and exit the vehicle, securing their belongings, and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey.
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules, adapting to unexpected changes or delays as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents or accidents that occur during transportation.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch operators and other team members to coordinate pickup and drop-off locations and ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
  • Uphold the company's commitment to excellent customer service, treating all passengers with dignity, respect, and empathy.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper sanitization of the vehicle and compliance with infection control guidelines. Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in transportation services preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously through phone, email, or in-person interactions, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests effectively.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company's database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.

As a Scheduler/Dispatch Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and reliable transportation for our customers by managing schedules, assigning drivers, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will contribute to the smooth operations of our company

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate schedules for drivers, taking into account factors such as pick-up and drop-off locations, customer requirements, and driver availability.
  • Assign drivers to specific routes and trips, considering factors such as proximity, driver skills, and vehicle capacity.
  • Communicate with drivers to provide them with trip details, including addresses, special instructions, and any changes or updates to the schedule.
  • Monitor and track the progress of trips, ensuring drivers are adhering to assigned routes and schedules.
  • Respond to driver inquiries and provide assistance or guidance as needed.
  • Coordinate with customer service representatives to address customer inquiries, requests, or changes to transportation plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of schedules, driver assignments, and customer information using scheduling software or other tools.
  • Collaborate with other dispatch operators and team members to ensure efficient operations, including managing unexpected changes or delays in schedules.
  • Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate with maintenance personnel for routine inspections and repairs.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures to handle emergency situations or incidents during transportation.

Requirements:
